One thing you got to say is those OD plugs do last longer than the rest. I like Od9s,77s and Purples for the small engines

I got mine from a.main when they had there xmas sell.i have about 50 , 99 plugs now. :)
I was wondering if Amain was getting rid of that supply also when that sale was going on. And now they have only half of what they used to have as far as plug # and color go...

I hope they don't get rid of them at amain cause I love the OD line of plugs and they have the best price I can find....

Last time I called Amain they said they had a bunch in stock. I got 70 OD Blues from Amain during the Christmas sale.

Fellow boaters; There is a misconception on the pricing of various O'Donnell glow plugs.Back when O'D did an exclusive agreement with its distributor and that aggreement ended Jan 2011,the distributor had inventory that had to be liquidated and at that time they opted to blow the plugs out very cheap ( only in america) and many cases WELL BELOW THERE COST,i can assure you this is not the going rate for these plugs. The only plugs that were liquidated were r/c categorized car plugs, airplane & limited RTR (ready to run sport boats) I am virtually positive that there no competition boat plugs for these ridiculous price (OD-9 ,OD89 ,OD88 in the market place. O'Donnell is releasing a complete new line of O'D plugs, expected early spring. O'Donnell mfg.

Jack, please advertise here with current prices and make it easier for all of us to GET AHOLD of your glow plugs!!

Jack I think most of us new this but we are having trouble finding them or what is left of them. Are you saying when the new line shows up they will be readly available again and easily found??? How does one become a dealer??

I think I better buy some more from ebay before they sell out at that price.

Are the O'donnell plugs made by same company making O'Donnell fuel? Is it the same website we should be looking for information on the plugs?

O'Donnell plugs is NOT the same company that makes O'Donnell fuel. Hobbico/tower makes the fuel

contact them directly pete. I tried at one time, but had little luck getting them at a decent price. I buy from A-Main.
Just curious, what is a decent price.

I think $4-$5 per plug is a fair price and the ability to get from a quality dealer is key. Then if a sale is needed to move product, dealer could drop price a bit. (All depends on production costs like anything else)
