Sounds good if you can measure the cone that fits inside the flywheel that would be really helpful thanks
the taper is 12mm lg end 10mm small end, here's a picture of it.
Pretty sure it was from a VR .46, guys on here would definitely know.

Bryan if you want a really compact flywheel I use this on my xz21 and my knb21 and my .19 dynamite in my rigger. It seems to fit most cones sometimes they might not go all the way flush to the back but the taper seems to match almost anything I throw at it.
https://www.ebay.com/itm/405185017037?_trksid=p4375194.c101952.m162921 the stock cones on this one and most .18 flywheels will be for 5mm shaft but you can pick up 21 cones on ebay and find one that will work as well.

there is also this one https://www.ebay.com/itm/405194587115?_trksid=p4375194.c101952.m162921 which is a little larger flywheel but the black one is steel so it can be tiny and work. The black one is a great flywheel if you are trying to get that motor really low in the boat though.

this is the same motor as yours if you look up the 2104 and 2105 on youtube you can see some of them run. they really turn the rpm. I cant wait to hear what it runs like for you .

Then in a rigger it will be even faster with less boat in the water .I got so many projects but they way parts are disappearing i figure buy the motors partnow before the gone for good and boats i need now and have them for projects in the future .I picked up a zip gt12 and k&b pull start 18 that puts out 1.3 with 30% so that should be competitive it was 225 with the motor and tuned pipe system . I also just got a k45 from Al for the Dumas eagle sport 40 hydro i bought last year i won a ton of races with that boat and a 45 vr .i'm gonna race that boat next season .and I still have the pti tunnel with the 45. I got from you to build it's gonna be a busy off season .how's your projects going.

Well I am almost ready to run this yellow mono with a ops 45 just waiting on a rpm rod so I don't destroy it breaking it in .

And I was able to run my Pepsi max Phil Thomas sport 40 I bought off here with a messed up cmb 45, ran it last weekend it ran well.

https://photos.app.goo.gl/r2dCv4Ma1dR39XBHA short vid of pt40 first run .

I also bought 8 gal of 65 percent nitro from john Otto so I am excited to try that in my zip12 rigger with the 12 nova Rossi last time it was a dog on 30 percent. and run that fuel in all my 21 engines and see how they wake up from increased nitro content.

I have also have been installing 3rd channel needles in everything and that is so nice being able to adjust the mixture on the fly so that has been fun to mess with.

I haven't had a chance to get anything to run those 21 vz-m engines I bought yet. I would like to find a 21 road runner or some nice rigger to try them out in.

This weekend I am going to run my 12 rigger with the dynamite .19 and my Miss Vegas Deuce with the k&b 21 and the pt40 again .I made a new stinger for the pt40 out of 5/8 aluminum thinking the small brass stinger same as the yellow mono pic I attached.

I think it might have been acting as a exhaust throttle and slowing it down so that will be neat to see if there is a change. Also fixed the small fuel tank on it today with a plastic lid and a heat gun worked great to repair it. And I might run the 42 gas seaducer with a 26cc stock china engine in it. it is going to get cold in Missouri soon here so I am trying to run while I can.

Also here is that little flywheel on that k&b21 so you can see what I am talking about. I worry you having that sg shaft it might be too long for you. We should measure it first and see . I will have to get one out of my tote and we can compare before you waste your money on it.

I love those. that blue is nice. I bet that yellow mono will rip. cant wait to see how those run for you .

I been having a time with these gas engine carburetors last couple weekends. My engine keeps getting just totally filled with fuel I think when fueling it then I can never get it to clear out and start. I am hoping I can fix it by putting a new needle in it.

Wow loving it. that is going to be so fun to run. I am so happy you are getting it done it has come a long way lately. I see you have both motors back together too. good deal.
