In the past I have not bothered to mention this because I was working in the code everyday and could fix issues quickly. Unfortunatley, with my not being as familiar with the code as I used to be. It is now difficult to find and fix repairs when they arise

Rick bearden notified me this evening that the website was malfunctioning.

IN THE FUTURE - IF YOU CAUSE AN ISSUE, PLEASE DO NOT JUST LOG OUT AND LEAVE IT FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO FIND! EMAIL ME, CALL ME, WHATEVER. I WILL NOT BE UPSET. THIS IS FOR EVERYONES BENEFIT AND IT BENEFITS NO ONE WHEN IT DOES NOT WORK.

Today someone went into a race and it has caused an issue that I have been trying to fix for the last two hours. If you call me I can fix it in a matter of minutes.

I WILL NOT BE UPSET BUT I CANNOT AFFORD TO SEARCH FOR A PROBLEM FOR HOURS WHEN SOMEONE COULD TELL WHAT THEY DID AND SAVE US ALL OUTAGE TIME.

The problem is still not fixed so if you think it was you, call just to make sure.

Thanks for your work Bill. I don't know of anyone that hasnt run into a few snags the first time or two they set up a race using RC Racing events. Can you tell us what kinds of problems can lead to a system failure so we can avoid makine extra work for you.
