The Northern Nats is only 5 weeks away and is one of the largest IMPBA races every year. Minimum 4 rounds and hopefully 5 rounds if the weather cooperates. Lots of raffle prizes. Food concession on site. Hotels and restaurants are all within 1 mile of the pond. One of the nicest weed free ponds around. New driver's stand. Registrations already received from Louisiana, Indiana. Ohio and Quebec. Competitive racing in every class. You won't want to miss this one.

Email registrations to [email protected].

Hi Mike,

I just mailed out some things for your raffle. I will have to make it to this race one year. Always hear how well it's run and about the great racing! Maybe next year...............

Dick and while your at it drag Ferrettes sorry butt with you.. LOL

Mike, I had really hoped to make it this year. I have recurrent training the middle of August, and eye surgery the 24th. I have been in the past, and will again in the future.

We have enough interest in SS Gas Mono so that class will be added. SS mono will run with a stock engine but you can run a pipe, much like the Thunderboat class.

Only a little over a week left for registrations. We've got some very competitive boats already registered. Shaping up to be a great race. Long range weather forecast looks good. D mono and outboard need more boats to make a class.

Less than 1 week to race day. Almost 140 boats right now. Looks like some fast boats and great competition. Bring your 'A' game. No predetermined heats. Will will take registrations right up to the driver's meeting on Saturday as we will be running the shootout format. If you register late on Saturday morning, be sure to look up Robin under the tent. She takes care of all the computer work.

Look forward to seeing everyone next weekend.

WE'RE OVER 160 BOATS AT THIS POINT. WE'RE ALL SET UP AND READY TO GO. RACERS STARTED TO ARRIVE TODAY. DRIVER'S MEETING AT 8:30 ON SATURDAY MORNING AND RACING WILL START AT 8:45. IF YOU FORGOT TO REGISTER, WE CAN STILL TAKE REGISTRATONS RIGHT UP TO RACE TIME.

SEE YOU ON THE WEEKEND.

Another great Northern Nats hosted by Mike, the entire Hallam clan and the Thames Valley MBC, thanks! :)
