Fairy? Really? I've been called a lot of things but never a fairy. Well add that to the list. The Gas cat has been giving me a couple of headaches lately. It wouldn't turn left when I was on pipe in the straights when I first got it. I chalked it up to weak servo arm which flexed under power, and a weak link which was also sloppy. So I replaced all of that with a metal servo arm and new linkages. After running last night, no improvement. After closer look, it appears the rudder is right at the prop wash. So Mike Starrett took it home last night to bring the entire assembly in closer to the hull. I will strap it on Saturday at the race and hopefully I will find some left. If not then I better make some perfect turns or I will have to back out of the gas to turn left. We will see what happens. Either way I can't wait.

Hope you have a high torque servo? My rudder stands off 4 inches. Hope rudder blade comes tomorrow as i need more water...Sorry bout the Fairy thing cya in INDY

Don,I notice that I'm the only one bringing a round nose scale(68 Bud) as of this post.I know there are a lot more in your district.Maybe you could shake the trees a bit.I just finished her and am still adjusting and figuring out how to drive it.I'll probably hang out in lane 10,but its still fun to run with other boats.
