Alrighty so last summer I picked up one of these boats off the bay. Seems to be built half decent. Learned a bit on it last summer but would like to improve some things first... I would like a new prop, something balanced and cut. The issues with the boat last year I found were that it was hard to get the boat on plane. I slowly got that sorted, but the prop would created a sphere around itself in the water and it would go no where until you let off the throttle. Next is the best place to get a 3/16 flex shaft for the boat. I would like to get the prop and shaft from the same place. Here are some specs on the boat. Thank you for helping me out.

The boat has a .25 in it which I will replace eventually. Any suggestions? Also is there a clutch setup I can go with rather then direct drive or should I just suck it up?

Length: 32"

Beam: 9"

Drive system: stainless steel collet, 3/16" flexi cable

Prop: 43mm dia bronze prop

Rudder: 130mm aluminum

Trim Tab: aluminum with stainless steel plate

Fuel Tank: 220cc

and some pics.
