Unless I an greatly mistaken, the NR2000 is their version of the short stroke motor. Shorter stroke with larger piston and liner diameter -still met the CID class limits. Crank is also different from the long stroke version. It was last made in the 1998-1999 period. I had 3 of them when I was racing but everything has been gone for years.

Chris is right - an extremely strong engine and Kentley Porter loved them. Far fewer of them made compared to the LS version.
