New NAMBA Classic Thunderboat 2-lap record.

Mike Hughes lowered the Classic Thunderboat record to 27.31 today at the NAMBA Dist.8 2-lap. The scratch built boat hit the water for the first time this morning. There more to be had with a bit more tuning.
