the boat is made of fiberglass and the bulkheads are made of 1/8 fiberglass sheet I use to vacuum. Years ago I tried to use G 10 but honestly I wasn't able to glue them in place properly..I  use the same material in the whole package is easier to me despite the extra work

so you actually fabricate your own 1/8 fiberglass sheet? You hand lay-up glass cloth (to create flat sheet), then vacuum?

Yep David  I use to make different thickness sheets depending on  the building purpose.

Hi Mike Not too much news from my projects as I'm facing some health issues with my wife and had to put off my boat projects but I'm confident that as soon I can be back will pleasantly post more info for you guys.
