Tom, I'm getting ready to start testing the same boat/motor. What length did your rudder end up at? Thanks
Looks like 2 - 1/8 " from the bottom of the ride pad - or 4 - 3/8 " from the center of the pivot/mounting hole on the top of the rudder Chris . Good luck with it !

Also i am having an extra capacity "Humpback " tank made by Walt Barney after running out of fuel twice this past weekend at the Winternats . Second time i even waited till 2:00 to launch and i ran out on the final lap coming home for victory !! Dissapointing at best . Contact Walt from the source directory at the bottom of the forum .

We've never add a fuel problem with the 67 SGX. If the tank is built to fully fill the compartment there should be plenty. A humpbamp would be nice for these NAMBA races where you have to run extra laps for bouy cuts.

All of your boats ran great Tom!

Welcome back to R/C boats Chris Fabbro!

Thanks Andy !! I really do like to get out early and when there are dead boats it seems like i'll run out to China ( lane 1000) to avoid them LOL . I just like having a little more fuel and the humback tank in my SG 45 really helps out . More is better sometimes LOL

Realistically my rig was running a tad rich but i still managed to run out . There was a stacked up line of racers looking to launch at all times at the past race burning a lot of fuel on the shore .
