Allan I was at Hobart,One bad heat put Chris in a run off for 2nd. Crazy fast,turns like a mono and stays on the water. If I did not have 20 boats now id be a player.

Looks like a highly moded JAE...The ride surfaces looks like the JAE's.. Only different on the sponsons is at the back half area the side edges that sticksout on the ride pads are trimmed off. The front nose of the sponsons are sharp edge not rounded like the Jae.. We left all our side pieces on the ride pads untouched/not sanded off

Duck don't get your undies in a bunch there buddy. :lol: Some of US wasn't ripping on that boat. Sure there some people that clone boats and take some ideas. Me I would love to have a Eagle,cant afford the big dollars riggers. That Why the JAE came out for people like me. So what if it looks like the JAE on steroids..its looks good,, B) That tells me the JAE boys are doing something right.

Maybe it's just me, but I think the G2 looks like a Blackbird with a few Japanese hydro influences added. A few changes to the tub to allow the wider boom tube spacing, and the repositioning of the engine a bit further aft. Ride surface underneath the tub instead of on the sides,and narrower, longer sponsons, with a wider track.
