Need Source for SMALL (.12 Sized or so) wedge rudder assembly?

I'm looking for a source, if available somewhere, for some fairly small wedge rudders. The Speedmaster style assembly would work, but it needs to be SMALLER yet.

I'm hoping to NOT have to custom fabricate, but will if my search proves fruitless...

SAW Knife blade... What I really need is a very small mounting setup. I can make the blades myself. The transom is only 1/2" tall, so space is tight.

I'm thinking I'm going to have to fab something myself. Everything out there is too big...

I'm thinking of using an Octura blade as a "plug", and making a compression mold to do something out of carbon fiber for the blade, then lay something up for the bracket.
