For your Cobra II, I would recommend no more than a P Limited setup. Several of us discussed at the WTC, nitro hull sizes for the three FE classes, and I believe we all agreed 20 tunnel-p limited, 40 tunnel- full p, and 60 tunnel- Q. Since most 40 tunnels are slightly over 34", you will need to trim the sponson tips to stay under the P maximum hull length requirement. Club racing in that area and the national affiliation will also be a factor.
