A few of us have been asked to pass around the latest revision of the NAMBA FE rules (dated 3/31/05), pending completion of an update of the entire rulebook.

Doug,

I just received the FE rules last night and I am inserting them into the NAMBA rule book (PDF) to be forwarded to the web site administrator to post on the NAMBA web site. I wanted to get Cathie Galbraith's okay that the web site manager post a blurb on the main page of the NAMBA web site so that everyone would know of the update and not be wondering. Thanks for staying on top these things.
