Mudbug says "Lets BBQ" in Greensboro NC

I was speaking with Mike (Mudbug) about the upcoming District 12 PTPT race over here in Greensboro NC in May. He stated, he was thinking about a Pig Picking on Saturday night. From what he was saying he was thinking that the club would pick up the tab for the dinner. What are your thoughts? Would you stay around for a dinner after a day of racing or would this be better done as a lunch either Saturday or on Sunday? Anyone who plans of attending this race please feel free to comment.

I've enjoyed the dinners that have been held on Saturday after the racing finishes, as long as they're not too late. A pig pickin would be great.

I would have to say the best part of the racing events that I have attended are the dinners held after one of the race days, and yes as long as it is not too late but I think that would be great.

i can lean a little to the right, and see my mobile bbq/pig roaster parked by the barn, out the window. i'll be there
