Back on the cowl plug. Been a busy couple of weeks, and had put this to the side. It is ready for a first Duratec coat to inspect it closer, then it will get mounted on a parting board, and another Duratec coat. So far, so good! Mike

It will look like this once mounted on the parting board, and durateced/ polished. This is the 38" Seebold cowling plug..finally got it ready for molding too!

Mike is that a RSX 240 cowl plug that I'm seeing also? That's looking real nice.

Yep, thats the RSX240 cowl plug. Brad, yeah, post them in the RSX310 thread in the hydro section!

Hey, Not yet. I have not had time to finish the build and test it. Holiday sale has me busy as can be. I have the 38" and 50" Amps Seebild kits ready, but they are considered sport tunnels, not race tunnels. No plans for any other size race tunnels. No market for it!

The THX-305 cowling plug is now almost ready. I added the parting board, and cleaned up the base connection, and got another Duratec coat added this weekend. I should have this plug done this week. Mike

Looks real good Mike I hope the T3 cowls I make will look that good but I use epoxy and cloth.

Here are some bigger pics. And, another reason this boat is the easiest out there to build. The dowel and loop system it incorporates. Forces the center at 90 degrees, so you really cant mess it up.
