no it is not. needs to be in your radio box.

It is just another electronic part it could be waterproofed.

But I saw it working after Eric flipped his mono and the voltage was still reading with the box pretty full of water.

I am going to use a couple of the voltage displays in my radio boxes, I have some Trio spray that will water proof any electronic part.
