I will try and get some of that info from Larry on wednesday night.... if he can give me the info I will post it.....

I am looking forward to this race also.... finally got my 40 boat running again.... working out some exhaust issues still but boat was running today.... back testing tomorrow hoping all is fixed now.

Paul

hay gooy when Dean gets back DONT belive a thing he tells you

that was a good trick sending a spy down here

to check out our camp will have to try that some time  :D

Dean come back some time when you are fealing a little

Marty

It would be awesome if you guys would get out more than 1 or 2 times a year.... i mean come to illinois and race.... hell get all the guys that you test with to help mark and porkchop and we will come see you guys, i know the minnesota guys would come too.

Paul

I dont worry aboit scouting reports.... i have raced with all you guys before.

Yes Paul, def dont believe what Dean tells you.... he was still a little "under the weather" if you will. So, most likely his sense's were a little off..

Paul made sure to call me last night for a full intel breakdown. I let him know that Marty runs on 80% nitro in his D tunnel and burns a plug per run and Rodney is running 85mph according to GPS reading in heat trim with his B hydro.... Wink wink, nudge nudge.

Kidding aside, always a blast running with you guys! Helped me shake off the previous nights cob webs.

See you Saturday.

Dean

Well longhair my fuel jug and I will do our best. Too bad you could not make it.......

gunna try to make it out there for a day.........my dad said there should be around 105 boats.

Jr, be good to see you around again!

Does anyone know if there is going to be open water friday?

I am suppose to talk with Larry Sr. tomorrow night I will find out as much info as i can.... open water/ class counts/ racers if possible.

cool! I have a different wheel that I just got in the mail, might want to make a few laps with it and see how the boat likes it before the race.

Hahaha..... I don't have time to test as much as others. I was actually telling Rodney the other night I was going to change some things on my b hydro before the race this weekend. One thing is I have to go back to my old prop and shorten my exhaust a bit. If I don't do something, I'll get my ass handed to me every race.... I had NO rpm with that new prop. My only objective this weekend is to beat you.

Dean, I wish you would have brought stuff with you. I would have loved to see what we could get out of it with the few hours that you had.

Just do like Dean and come to the race untested.
Ive got one bulletproof prop that runs good, and handles good, but doesnt have a ton of speed. This new wheel will scream and drive easy, but not sure if it will have the speed either. Just want about 30 minutes to try then out.

Spoke with Larry shortly tonight, he said open water Friday.... starting around 1pm .... that's if the course is set and will goto say 6pm or so if i recall.

ohhh and dean you test as much as i do if not more... hell haven't done nothing with my 20 boat still working on the mess of a 40 boat i got.

see everyone Saturday,

Paul

I know of atleast 1 person that did mail before the earlybird cut off and that entry is still not received by Larry. His new address is in antioch and Larry Phone # is 1-312-656-2688
