I was talking to Gary Preusse the other day about the event, I gotta make the drive one of these years! He was packing up some of the prizes while we yakked, probably the best deal around for the cost of entering the race!

Thank You Minute Breakers, As always you ran an Awesome Race. It was a perfect weekend for racing, And your club put on another superb weekend event.

Thank You,

Paul

*I was the last person to leave the West Parking lot and there was a pouch found that had some tools inside. If you lost some stuff please contact me and will make sure you get your stuff back.

Congrats to Mike Larson who:

1. won the B Tunnel class with his new HTB290

2. 3rd in D Hydro

3. 5th in B Hydro running a new JAE. Still some work to be done on it but it is getting better.

He will be refining things to get ready for the Fall Nats in October.

Thank you to all the Minute Breakers for hosting a great event.

Both days were fun and I got to see old friends and make some new ones.

Thank you to Mike Crawford and Mr Zaker for pitting me on Saturday as you guys taught me a bunch.

The racing was incredible.... and props out to the WAM racing propellor that was on that mod boat..... i'm keepin it.....

B sport was intense, and samples of the pink fuel will be available upon request.......

I should have been run outta the race in B hydro.... thrashed in open water friday, and into the night, to get a heatable boat, and threw out the best entry i could..... a little on the hazardous side for my liking...... it ran....lol...... I may have aggravated the big guns a little......thanks for the help big time Chris Wood.

Personally, I learned what I intended, as, the first heat of B hydro had 4 national champions and me in it..... only knowing that Hobart will be serious on the 21 hydro ticket for sure......

and.... i'll keep working on it......

Granted... "those guys from Iowa"... well, we do what we can....... and I had one of the best events i ever had..... thanks, Mendota. mike

Hey I went for both days and the weather was great, got the rain over on Friday :D .

You guys run a real good race and fair judging for all.

I got a first with the 40 mono first race since Internats US1, guess it does run well.

We ran the gas T boats first time here too Had some good racing with all boats competitive in speed.

Made the Silver Cup scale final with second quailfier spot with the Timex.

Three boat final race, couple boats died in the mill and one didnt get fired. David Preusse Bud jumped, Brian ***** a bouy with his Appian Geronimo for a lap penalty, leaving the Timex in the lead for good.

Here are some pictures

Sorry to see Martys boat get damaged, Think Mike L is resurecting it.
