I've been running my riggers 67 & 84 using the previous version of Mac's(silver heads) . Lot of power with few mods and very reliable and predictables engines but heard the blue heads are faster .However when comparing timing and other set ups just verified a change in the new drum and skirt piston .

Any input is welcome!

Hello Gil. I still run the original MAC .67's and .84's also. I used the .84's to go 106.8 in a twin at an IMPBA record trial. I am sure that you are racing against boats with the newer motors, are they out running you? I doubt it. If your old motors are still in good shape, I would keep running them. :D

Yes Eric and Don

I have two 84's and one 67 running really strong against new ones and they are definetely bulletproof. One of the 84's is in my SG heat race and there is no new engines running in front of me till now.

Other engines are in saw riggers and we are near to be in the 100's club too.Next week end a major saw event will be hold in my district and we are confident to have new records in many classes.

Thanks for the replies.

Hi Andy

We've been working hard to be in the top club and with your fine boats and engines we are very close to get there. Also we are making a team to attend one of the saw events in US so I will let you know our progresses here.

p.s. Sergio's SGX gas is currently running in the 75-76's and send to you his best regards. The new AB pipe matched pretty well with his G26 .....superb!

Thanks and best regards.
