I have both types and I see no difference....

I've used both and haven't noticed much difference with same stinger diameters. the Black will hold heat better if you need it, but as power and fuel the same.

The original black AB67 pipes were the same as the current black CMB pipes, the only thing that changed was the logo on the muffling can and the stinger not being pre-drilled for stinger bushings.
