What would you recommend for a jae 45 rigger with an os 45

In Florida probably 2115, 2116, or 2117 because
of your weather. In the winter maybe 2215, or 2217.
What pipe are you running on the O.S.-45? How much
nitro % do you use? And how heavy is your boat?

I don't have a pipe yet, I was running 30%, I would say around 5lbs
