That fine. Also, you can not ask buyers to cover sellers PayPal fee’s in the user agreement, which you agreed to when signed up in PayPal.

Technically, the sale is being done on IW..
The seller can set his terms for a sale anyway he sees fit.
Now, whether you agree to the conditions of the sale is up to you.

Personally, I have no problem paying the PayPal fees to a seller, At least he is breaking down the costs associated with the sale for all to see... Its just the price to pay for doing business.

A seller could always just add 50 bucks to the price of an item to insure he has his fees covered.

Yep, you just add it into the shipping price. Then you are covered.
