Well looks like our ole buddy Craig may jump back into boat racing! You have been out too long. Saw you once at the spring nats when I was in the pits but never saw you again. Looks like Jason is about to come back so join him too! You, Mark Bullard, Jason and Joe Warren running together always brought excitement to the races for sure.

Craig, Virgil has a GOOD XTREME TWIN Boat. But it is a Small block Boat. But if you consider RS81`s It would be a great buy.....

I have a r/r twin with extra sponsons & extra booms. The boat is brand new it has all the hardware. It was built for two K-90's so it would fit the cmb. Boat still needs to be sealed and painted.

Alan Terry :)

Craig harris There is your Boat Alan terry has it...... Ralph built 3 of these @ the same time last year, Terry, Ortiz, Warren. received these boats... It is the same boat type Ortiz was racing @ Atlanta......Joe W

Yep our ole buddy Craig got hook again I do believe. He said that he was told that Nitro was dead and the only thing that was running was Gas. I think he changed his mind after seeing all of the Nitro boats at Atlanta.

Yep and there where a bunch of Nitros racing in Orlando that same weekend. Many that tried to get in for Atlanta, but did'nt make the cut.

Nitro is ALIVE and will get stronger..........as soon as we get new motors!!! :)

Looking forward to the return boys, engines are my major concern and quite frankly have been for a while. Regardless, looking forward to racing with my old buddies!!

Craig harris. Stu`s RS 81 Ran well in his twin @ Atlanta, Pipes were common. But those little props he ran were tricky as ricky..... the CMB RS91 Are a great choice, The head volume are little small for 60- 65 percent, But RS91`s & 1667 6.5 -7.0 would be a great prop for a RR twin..... Also Tidewater has a great price on the Purple head EVO90`s 350.00 ea.... Then we have the new CMB 90 in Pre production with a Inverted carb @ a 1.900 bolt width, This New CMB 90 engine will require a twin that is set up for K90 & CMB90s or at least has that type of stuffing box tube width pre-determined... Hope this helps determine what type boat configuration you will need..... Joe W

Craig The TWIN you built for James.( the checker board xpress) Harry Gerhart finally ended up wit that paticular boat w CMB90`s. It ran very well & won several races. Just when he had it hauling ass @ Eville in 2005 he changed Boat mfgers in the twin class. Never the less it was a Great Boat & Performed very well.... the CMB 90`s Boat allow you to charge thru the rough water conditions.... I have 1 just about complete...

Thanks for the info Joe, sounds like that may be the way to go when concerned with spare parts, etc. Appreciate the insight.

Craig

Craig,

I tried to send you some pictures of the boat but an auto reply came back to me that would not let the e-mail go thru. I sent the pictures to everyone and the boat is sold. Thanks.
