I have a 35 plus with a 3280 pipe, turning a sholund 1614 cleaver, played with strut heights until I got it running the way I liked it.
In dist11 namba 21 mono is very competitive, very strong competition.
My ducer runs with the best of them

The 1614/3-15*-65% Chopper is the better of the two ABC
1614/3’s in race water. The Cleaver might be a touch faster,
but I think the Chopper runs a better lap time.

You could start out with a 437/3 or a 440/3 and go from there, I used the 440/3 until I got my motor, pipe and transom hardware dialed in.
When I went from 440 to a 1640 I raised the strut until it was fast but not too loose

Fellas,

What I find a lot of in the propeller business is, that a lot
of boaters are using too much diameter and cup on the
trailing edge of the propeller. Once I reduce the diameter
and trailing edge cup it seems to wake up the motor and
pipe combination. It is like too much load for the motor
and pipe to work well together.
