what hardware do i need for a mono? thanks

Rudder, Strut assy, turn fins, Cable, pipe mount, fuel line, prop,

brass bushings, brass tubing.

I would go with speedmaster stuff, or get a seaducer hardware kit.

Speedmaster also has a good motor mount. and you can get it pre drilled for a nova rossi. I dont know if he does that for other motors. you would have to ask Bill. You may also, depending on the hull, need a set of trim tabs. hope this helps a little. It would help me if I knew which hull you were putting it on. Ken

well, there is 4 holes along the bottom of the transom, so im guessing thats for trim tabs. i think the hull is a proglass or something

The holes on the transom are an easy fix. Buy your hardware and align it to the back. If the holes don't line up just tape them with masking tape from the outsdie of the boat. Franciscan hobbies sells Fiberglass resin, hardner and microballon. Mix about an ounce of FG, and 15 drops of hardner now do a 50/50 mix of resin and microballon. Pour it into the holes. It should dry in 10 minutes if you mixed it right. When you peel the tape off the transom should now be flat and hard enough to drill new holes.
