It does not look like a .40 size engine to me. I do not believe K&B has ever offered a .40 size engine with a one piece crank case. It looks like a .67 mounted on a International Hobbies outboard

It is a 7.5 with a 40 ib flywheel

the engine in the picture has a one piece crankcase with front intake and rear exhaust. The only 7.5 with this configuration (one piece case) is the O/B red head and the pro. But those have square fins. I have never seen a 7.5 like the one in the picture.

Not to confuse this conversation the engine is a K&B 67.
It is an AMPS engine and it's all orginal,to the best of my knowledge,,,lol
