Japanese riggers, different design?

Why in world as small as it is these days, do we not have any real info on these specialized riggers ??

Hey Scott,

If you can read Japanese then the information is out their. You may have to

make a few long distance phone calls or hook up with Marty. The information

is out their,you just have to learn how to find it and use it to your advantage.

In reguard to the skeg on the front of the boat. That is a color plate to designate who is who. There are six colors. These help the judges count laps and so forth.
