hi guys I bought a used rigger and the guy told me about the problem of it wanting to pull to the right. I thought I read something about cutting the top of the turn fin by about an inch or so, I have dialed left trim and that helps some but probably causes excess drag. I love how the boat performs except getting it to stay straight any thoughts?

if possible try and shim the right side of the strut out a few degrees to compensate for prop walk

The right sponson needs to be angled in 1/8" on the right front or the same on the back. Zippkits did come out with an updated turn fin that took 1" off the top. If you have the older one, you can send it in for the modification or do it yourself.

I dropped the rudder all the way down to bottom of overhang and made a hugh difference. You still need to toe in the sponson as Ron notes you will also need to put some left into the netural setting.
