I haven't been to zipkits in a while but I saw they listed the 45GT as "new" with longer tub etc. is this a recent change to the kit? Mine is about 2.5 years old and the tub is 33 and 1/4 inches long. Do I have the latest version?

37 long 5 5/8 wide 1 11/16 high ski 28 long 1 inch at back 1 1/2 wide

Came from mike walker when I asked the length,,, contemplating turning one of my tubs into a 45... My longest tub is around 32-33:(

Havent ran it yet but i did this last year to a JAE .45

An put a CMB 65 i got from Mr Finch

Thanks Kevin! Looks like I have a project in the future to get myself up to date :)Ken that looks like fun! For SAW I presume as it looks like you removed the portion of the sponson where the turn fin is attached?

Greg yes I never ran saw events its my first boat for saw its set up for a .45 an .65 CMB

I add to the length an no ski an add the bait box sponson i also mounted sponsons to sides an cut notch in sponson to mount partly under bottom to stiffen rear up.

This isnt the JAE .45 GT. Martin is doing great with his GT design.setting records nice work Martin!!!

This is soming i did over the winter. To use a .65CMB .The tank to small for .65 hydro oval heat racing .45 will do ok if i use for oval for now just a SAW boat thanks for asking
