Now....just for discussion, take Trump out of the equation. Think about this rationally. Take out the dog whistles, conspiracy theories, and the what about-isms.


1. If you think the election was stolen by the dems, why wouldn't they have included down ballot candidates so that their "steal" was just enough to get them majorities in both the house and senate? Why not go for the whole enchilada, a majority? They didn't need to get greedy, just enough to swing things their way. It would have made life a lot easier for them....If the "steal" was on, why not make your life easier? Why waste your time and effort on stealing just one office? Makes no sense to not at least make sure you would have a majority in the senate instead of it being 50:50. You know 52-48 maybe...that would work.

2. Does the VP have the authority to over ride the electoral votes? Throw them out? Accept alternate electors that were not certified by their states? If that's the case, why didn't Al Gore do that vs Bush, make himself president? If that's the way it works, Kamala Harris gets her chance in Jan 2025, it won't matter who gets "elected"...she calls it her way. Or is it only good for the 2020 election?

3. Is it OK for ANY (doesn't matter who it is) elected official to ask another elected official to "find" them votes, so that the outcome of the election is altered in their favor? If someone just happened to do that and it just happened to be recorded, would that be proof of a crime? Or at least be worthy of an investigation?

What is not in doubt is that many states Secretary of States (whom were registered Democrats) chose to ignore their state's own constitution's laws about the eligibility of what votes qualified and what did not, all under the cover of Covid.

All elections have some fraud, but this one set the standard for flawed elections. I am recalling what happened at the vote tallying center in Georgia where all of the election observers and all but a handful of workers were told that they were closing for the night. Once everybody was gone a half dozen people returned to the center and started counting votes from boxes that looked markedly different from the others, (and it looks like some ballots were run through the counting machines several times) without the legal framework of having observers. It's all on video. This doesn't exactly inspire confidence in a fair election.

In many of the vote tallying centers there was palpable hostility by the workers towards the Republican observers. Especially among the workers that were judging if a ballot qualified. Previously, if a ballot was filled out incorrectly or incompletely it was discarded. This also sped up the time it took to count votes and took the ambiguity out of the equation. If somebody screwed up their ballot that was just too bad, it was tossed out. Yep, personal responsibility rears it's ugly head.

Now here's the real problem for me. I can't absolutly be sure the election was legit, maybe it was and maybe it wasn't, but as a citizen I need to be certain, with no doubts. It's the very foundation of the trust between citizenry and state. This trust is the contract we have with the government that holds the country together. Election integrity is the glue that cements our right to self-determination. If we cannot be absolutly sure of the validity of our elections, our dear republic is in big freakin' trouble. Once people don't trust that their votes count, chaos will inevitably result. The government simply cannot require, through taxes, for citizens to fund the state and discard our right to choose whom we want to have as our representatives in government.

There's no question that the jump to so many mail-in ballots created an environment where fraud is most likely to occur.

I would be more than happy to go back to going to a polling place in a church basement or school auditorium where I show ID and it's matched to the voter rolls in my district. Mail-in voting needs to be only used again as it was intentionally meant for. People with health issues, away from home on vacation or business obligations and people in the military deployed overseas that precluded them voting in person. I voted by mail-in ballot many times when I was out to sea in the merchant marine, BUT, I had to request a mail-in ballot and to get it I had to send along a copy of my birth certificate and photo ID.

This process pretty much guarantees that only qualified voters and citizens of the USA are casting ballots and that would certainly go a long ways towards eliminating the huge cloud of doubt and uncertainty about the 2020 election.

Missed the whole point of my post. Of course dems will think that Fox is horrible. Reps hate MSNBC, CNN. No surprise there either.

My point was.... pick a news website that is as "unbiased" as it can be. The link to the refuting of #2000 mules, was to an AP article, as far as I can tell as sites go.... AP is pretty unbiased. The second link was to how the AP was rated as to whether it was biased or not. Just trying to take both the MSNBC/CNN or FOX perspective out of the equation.

And AP is unbiased............. that was true maybe 30 years ago, not anymore, not even close. Just like CNN was actually quite good until Time/Warner bought them.

Just a couple questions.
If "2000 mules" is supposed to prove voter fraud, why was it not presented as evidence in some court filing? If it's supposed to be pressing some case, why is it not being widely distributed? Now if I want to see the whole thing, they want to charge me $20 to rent it - $30 to buy it. Could it be someone is trying to make some money?
I recently heard Mike "Pillow" Lindell is going to have another "symposium" to showcase some new "evidence" of voter fraud. Again, if it's real evidence, why not in a court filing? Granted, if you've seen Pillow ranting about his "evidence" and fraud, you'd recall those old commercials about "this is your brain.. this is your brain on drugs" as the egg hits the frying pan. But back to the motive of the "symposium". During the whole thing, you'll notice promo codes for his products. So far all of his "evidence" has been debunked. Is he trying to sell us on the evidence, or is he trying to sell his products?
Then you have the questions surrounding the $250 million that the tangerine toddler has gathered for his "save America" or whatever fund he was calling it. He can't call it his re-election fund because then he'd have to report the income and what he spent it on. He keeps hinting at running again so people keep sending him money. Where is all that money going? Doesn't he already have enough money?
Brit Hume on Fox the other day basically said there were many in the GOP who would like to see TFG pushed to the gutter. Problem is they are afraid of what the base would do if they were to say anything. Many in the GOP are secretly hoping that the committee can kick him to the curb so they can work to get the GOP back to a position where they can appeal to a broader audience. They lost the WH in 2020 because they couldn't attract any independents. Their positions haven't changed much since then.

Blair, if you really want to see which news agencies are biased and how much, look at what they are and are not reporting:

• The southern border-only at Fox, foreign and independent sources
• Trump/Russian Collusion-Debunked but still reported on through the mainstream media sources
• 2020 election "improprieties"-only at Fox, foreign and independent sources
• January 6th hearings-all of the networks but only on Fox to show how it's a DT railroading show
• Clandestine overnight flights from Texas to upstate New York-only at Fox, foreign and independent sources
• Build Back Better is a good thing-the mainstream media sources
• The Afgan withdrawl-all media sources, mainstream shouting about how successful it was, Fox, foreign and independent sources how bad
• Hunter Biden's laptop-only at Fox, foreign and independent sources, though now two mainstream newspapers have verified the story as being legit

Now, with all of that said, I don't watch the mainstream media since they aren't reporting on everything and what they are reporting on is spun to give it a pro-Democrat/Biden spin. While Fox does tend to lean right, the reporting is more balanced than what the mainstream media is. If you watch CNN, especially Brian Stelter, they seem, more often than not, to use their reporting to try to discredit and attack Fox's Sean Hannity, Tucker Carlson and Jesse Watters than actually reporting what's going on.

As far as asking others to help get votes, it happens all the time at all levels of government. If I remember correctly, they refer to it as "politicing". Is it or should it be illegal? Kind of depends on your point of view. If it's over something that is beneficial to the people you're representing, go for it. On the other hand, if it's only to further your or your party's agenda............
