Hello from Australia . For thse members who don't understand what the FSR Class is all about , I will try to explain it for you . They are commonly called Multi boats , with the prop and rudder under the boat . They have 2 different kind of courses that they use . The most common is the M course and the other is the W course . Races are usually for 15 minutes , except for State / Nationals where it can be 1 / 2 hour or 1 hour depending on where they run in the world . The race starts with a Le Mans start and the clock is running . Points are awarded for ever completed lap and rescue is done during the race . They are eligible to be used in Oval Racing and really hug thoe buoys . I hope this explains satifactorily what a FSR Boat is made for . We don't have many Multi boat races over here any more , but I won the Club Championship with a Multi boat beating a Oval boat for the Title .
