Hello Brian,Brian_Nelsen said:Well This much I can tell you, he is proceeding with the project. I know this because I just finished 300 complete prop shaft assemblies for him. He still has 300 more on order. I am not sure if many of have have ever dealt with a project like this but it is major hard and major expensive. I have been trying to release my 7.5 outboard engine for three years now. seems there is always something going on to slow the project down. I am very close but that only counts in horse shoes and hand gernades.
Jim is working on his engine and I know he is near completetion. Believe me he is just as frustrated as you are.
Thank You

Carl you have mailHello Brian,
I have a prototype 7.5cc Tunnel I am working on. It has only been raced twice. It was driven by Ron Drake Once in Jackson Tenn at the 2004 National where it set the fastest straight line times, fastest 2 lap oval times and won US-1. Then, it was then raced once in Brandon Fl where it took first place in that competition.
I am doing some additional research with the boat and would like to talk to you about your engine. You can write me at: [email protected]
Hope to hear form you soon.

Mike , I corrected your spelling! :lol:Grimracer said:I have a hard time reading James posts because he uses caps all the time. James please do not take this wrong but i re-typed the post and will sumit it now.
I did change the wording a TAD to make it a bit more readable.
Good news on the motors..
Here we go.. remember this is not ment to slash any throats..
Hea Brian,
Thank you, seems I have missed something with these guys. I am very glad you spoke up and helped clarify the situation with the motors. I value your input. I have stated many times what a huge undertaking developing a motor like this can be. I looked back at the old posts and it looks like three times before I have reiterated what we have said here, this is a huge undertaking. We are taking orders now and if anybody would like to pre-pay we would be happy to take the cash. It takes a lot of money to do this and every penny helps. If you like you are welcome to join in or you might have to substitute a different brand motor for the short term. Jerry Wyse, put a sock in it. ( Im kidding Jerry.. this was a Mike Z add-in... )The best we can do is hope for the best and some times things are hard to control.
Now for some good news about our past line of Mufflers: Mr. Jimmy Eddelman is you new muffler making master. He has been doing more testing and production and will keep me posted on his new venture.
More about the motors: The engines have been completed and the order is in my hand. We will be faxing it to the manufacturer soon. The motors should start hitting our shores the end of March. I have done my part so you guys can keep racing. Now what are you going to do? Sit and complain. HAHAHA

Anyone who has ever tried to do an undertaking even close to what Jim is doing ought to be commended. He is not a big Corporation and this has really had to tap out his savings. He is trying to do things right before it hits the market and doing things right takes a LOT of time and testing.
