Well... I finally got around to reading the sweep meet post.... intlwaters actually has a chat system, i just have not said anything cause it's very untested/kinda ugly..... i can't promise anything....

but you guys are welcome to make a go of it if you want..... or you can simply use the forsale forum and ill clean up the mess in the end.

the other alternative is to use the grimracer.com chat/cam.... but i have seen it go nuts with over 10 users.... a bug in the script I assume.

Now I been getting a list tougher, I have been including a SHIPPED PRICE On things.

Just my .02 I think everyone should put a final SHIPPED PRICE on the items.

Makes it easier, and no suprises.

Why couldnt we just FLOOD the forsale forumn with all our things?

that way we know the persons name and that.

ya i think i'll do the shipped price thing too....i hate that ebay trick of "well you bought it for 150$ but im charging 75$ for shipping"

it should be pretty easy to do a clean up if we keep it to one thread per type of item, not one thread per person.....Izzy's just startin' here, hopefully we'll have power friday nite!

Shipped is a good idea, till it comes to international shipping or local, and there could be a currency thing too for us Aussies.

wow.... ugly chat room.... lags too.... I think it should be kept in more of a msg format, or ppl get lost on whats going on two quickly.... I did a car auction online in a chat room once it really sucked.... (it was on IRC) the only thing that i see that bugs me is the addy and phone # I understand why, but there are a few ppl who might use that in ways it's not ment to be. and whos to say they put thier real address in in the first place? just my .02

Btw I might look in to buy something, but have nothing to trade at this point I have very few spares of anything... unfortunatly i will be working when this all starts but i'll be able to get on later in the night.
