Didnt we see that like a year ago? Did something change on it or just taking time to get it to production? Will be nice to have options.

I like the looks of the boat. The sponsons and deck look like a scaled up Dumas Hot Shot Sprint. Anyone know when they will be avaible?

The pipe is not made by Lawless I believe its a Quickdraw maybe cant remember what he said. James I talked to him about 3 weeks ago said the first part of this year, first heard about it in november, as far as testing nothing Jeff has made is a slug or runs bad, he is alway updating his hulls and making them better, nothing against the Illusion, saw one run and was not impressed, I am trying to talk Alfred Lanza into making a 48 inch Leecraft that would be deadly.

Your push rods you are using on your steering, could you post a website for the supplier of them?

It would be appreciated

Here you go:http://www.centralhobbies.com/control_linkage/carbrod.html

My Illusion is the Gen. 2. I never saw the first model run,but mine runs and turns real well.

Hope to have it back in the water tomorrow if the weather is ok.

I've talked with Jeff several times about his boat/ pipe combo.I do not know the origine of his design, but it looks very much like a Pugh full size champboat. As for the pipe, it's a design that he came up with and is having his manufacturer build it along with the other pipes he sells. I like it because it's different than alot of the other hulls. It surely doesn't look like he copied anything else that's out there...

Hey guys, The cowl looks just like the full size f1 tunnel boats. I think this boat will rock.

Any word on what the price will be. Saw it Saturday at the Winter Nats. It's a good looking hull.

Folks,

I cannot tell a lie, I don't make pipes, can't make pipes, won't make pipes. I think what Jeff meant, if it hasn't already been clarified, is he is planning to have a pipe to go with the boat.

Making the drives is more than enough stress as it is. I am working on 4 consecutive batches of gas drives, 12 at a time, with the first new ones due out in 2-3 weeks. I am also working on a better source for flexshafts. My current source has dried up, except for the gas shafts, which I have been getting from Dominic in South Africa. That makes them very expensive.

I should have news about the shafts soon and I will post a message when I do.
