Are any carburetors other than the WT 257 legal for the IMPBA Thunder boat class? TIA

IMPBA rule book t-boat engine specs
The engine may run a stock unmodified 257, 1027, or a 644 with choke carburetor.

Thats the same specs and ruling for the IMPBA Crackerbox class also...i did some checking on the three carbs that are allowed...and the wt-257 walbro seems to be the king...and carb of racing choice...

WT-1027 is the same thing different number. .
