On the IMPBA website, can you print the entire rule book that's listed in the PDF's. Is it complete?

Also, the CD test. How long does it take to get results back after taking it. I need to get my but in gear.

yes you can print the hole Rule book if you wish.

as for the cd test it should not take long it's Chris Rupley that takes

care of that after you send in your responses.
