I found NOVAAR in my area...web site is not showing a launch date...maybe the virus has affected there plans. They launch site is about 40 miles away...and TRIPOLI is an association..i cant seem to find local chapters.
I think I may need a second source of income

We are flying this weekend- weather looks killer.
Going to fly my 4inch Rogue on a 4gr 54mm Gorilla research Motor (approx 4000ft)
My Miss Riley will get a 4gr 38mm Gorilla (3000ft) - and a 3gr 38mm for a shakedown flight on my new M/C Sport X "woody" (2500ft)

Thanks Z - The service today was tough to say the least-
There will never be I time I fly a rocket again that my buddy isnt right there with me , he taught me a ton .

Hi,
itˋs a roket and itˋs not ,but i donˋt know where to place it.
The design show a roket with rc ability for stearing.
Have fun with it , maybe a inspiration .

Happy Amps Christian

75mm 3gr snap ring case -Not sure if the case was built around the rocket or vs versa- but yeah ;)
Working on the chop (carbon infused) internal fillets - then we will slot the body tube and hard mount the fin can/motor tube .

So , I have had a week or so to reflect . And it still sucks, Last launch I flew my Rogue 4 on a 4 grain 54mm Gorilla research motor (J800) in hopes of getting my MILE flight. Well we got that and then some- PERFECT up , watched the event - watched it drop the entire flight to my 500ft main deploy 2nd event -pop - but the main fouled. No biggie, its gonna hit hard , but its wet grass AND its in the field. 5 hrs. later and I cant find it- 10 people saw it hit in my search area and NADA . There are 2 hazards ( swamp) in my search area - broke down and purchased a Parrott Bebop2 drone-

I WILL find my rocket !!!!

You'd think with todays techno they would make a small device to install in rocket. Be able to track and find it. Just Saying....RRRay

O and they do.. if the FCC has anything to do about it they will keep the costs high too.. I have a GPS tracking system in mine BUT.. its not for the faint of heart.. its a KIT.. and yes.. you have to build it...LOL.. imagine that.. a kit.......... whats this world coming to!

Yeah, they make em- and in hindsight its a well spent 150 bucks for the receiver that goes in the rocket- all I have to do is match the clubs transmitter frequency . Beats leaving $500+ laying in the field.
