April Records trial is coming up in a month or so I'd like to get an idea how many Fast Electric Contestants we might have in attendance? We would really like to get some fast electric records set. Contact Bill Zuber at [email protected] for more information.

Looks like two of us from Texas are coming - perhaps three. Could you confirm that we can pick up our yearly IMPBA membership at the event? Thanks Bill.

We have not had too many here except for Ed Hughey, Dee Hughey, Steve Hill, and Bruce Jacobs. That is about all I can remember. Hope the weather is good.

Hope the weather is good.
WHAT, you mean there's no guarantee of good weather? Man, they guarantee beautiful weather at the Los Angles SAWs!
Right - in 2002 the LA weather was so bad the lights didn't even work. We were all at the lake every day, standing in ankle-deep mud waiting for the rain and wind to break Friday and Saturday. Sunday's weather was perfect and worth the wait, and lots of records were set. We're very anxious to see the Huntsville venue, meet everyone, and run fast! B)

It can be windy in Huntsville....I hope to see you there as well

thanks

Steve

I have been building everyday for one month now. I will be testing in about 2 weeks. I am looking forward to the event, and all the people.

I will be running

LS27 Gas rigger (SAW)

LS27 Sport Hydro (Oval)

Crackerbox (SAW)

For the First time since I have been going to the recordss trial I plan on actually going for a specific record. It is one o fthe new ones for 21 Sport Tunnel Hull Right now the record is around 48 but prior to the class becoming legal I had my hull clocked with the timing equipment at 49.6 using s tock OS and turnig a 1450 prop, so weather permitting I have a good shot at getting the record.
