Yesterday........the water was great but mechanical failures and bent props pretty much set the tone for the day.

Today..........I Talked to David on his way home and as I understand a LS27 two lap @ 21.??? was set but everybody else pretty much just sat there and watched the wind blow all day.The wind was blowing right to left right down the entire length of the lake.David said they could have surfed right in front of the drivers stand.

Typical fall Huntsville.

Chris Rupley ran a two lap 21.350 with a Whiplash Gen1 Gas Sport Hydro powered by M&D. This is the fastest gas oval time and the fastest decked hydro oval time out of Electric, Gas, or Nitro in IMPBA.

Yup, it was blowing pretty good on Saturday. The gas whiplash had a hole punched in the bottom that you could put your fist through! The wind and water laid down with 30 minutes of daylight. there were a few quick passes in B sport tunnel, but the wind and water gods won the day.

I can't go today, but I'll check in with the guys.
