How R ppl getting permission & Doing like expo type events

Hi I'm thinking of going to car show's and different types of event's . and thought about trying to let ppl know about the R/C Boating world . any advise or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Adam Larvenz

I’ve thought about this at boat shows. There’s one in my area in March. But, as far as sanctioning an event: location, insurance…I have no idea. It was more about just getting an informal group of ppl in my area together.

In my case i have a place that host cars planes & automobiles I contacted them about letting me put a few boats on a table . they said ok to 2025 the air plane guys even start there's to draw attention to them and let ppl see how they work and sound. I would like is to get permission from Blazer , Roadrunner , and any one in the sport to let me put there names and web sites on a paper that i can give out for free to let ppl know we exist that more then r/c car's R out there Thank's

they been doing it in a smaller town about a half hour from me . And it is promoted on tv during the news . that's why I think it would help get the word out .

be happy to like to get permission from every one so there is no way I can get in trouble for using there name with out there permission not looking to start any issues thanks
