Have Leopard 3660 Motor 2050Kv Leopard 6.0mm male bullet plugs. kb mount from I.W just arrived and Kb Lower i got today and mounted them together to check layout and where the ballance point is

Flycolor 90A Waterproof Brushless ESC Electronic has 4.0mm Banana Head plugs putting in Dumas hot hot hull , the esc in going in the last compartment near motor. but wires not going to be long enough to get to motor esp if i cut the esc connections off and install the 6mm plugs on the esc. and put in a bind when turning to close to pulling on them , eevn if u build a area for the ESC to set level with the rear comparment . The 3 sc 5200 battery in middle compartment to balance boat like Dumas says, Is the extension wires made up available, or do i just need to make my own up. trying to keep the connections as few as possible. is the 90 amp esc too small or go with the 150 amp with the 6mm plugs? Also going to run a Radio link R7FG transmitter receiver in the very font compartment , the radio ant wires are very short, compared to my old Dumas tunnel and futuba radio with long wire.

Can i just run them in side the receiver box area and not have to use a outside annt mount. the receiver has two wires and will run them inside each side of radio and servo box area . Thanks for any info only electric boat i have ever had is kohsho Wave blaster tunnel with nicad batter RTR Getting back intot h the rc Tunnel hull boats, after owning a marine shop for over 30 years , working selling repairing outbards and custom Flats boat Next Project going to be a ML tunnel hull when i see if the Kb 7.5 still runs Yes like the outboards!!.Sonny

Your wires look plenty long enough. Don't cut the old connectors off. Use a soldering iron to heat them and remove. Solder new connectors on. The 90A esc in my opinion is small. I would go with a 180. Guys run the smaller ones, but you are pushing it. Velcro the reciever to the radio box lid and run a short verticle antenna tube with one of the antennas. Again guys run with both in the radio box, But I won't risk it. You likely are going to want a 4s battery instead of the 3s.

Thanks. I have new 6 mm that came with motor wanted the esc below the compartment and seal.off with plexiglass.

If your going to be running it as P limited I would get 150 fly color. You will be taxing on that 90amp. Also those esc are completely waterproof there no need to put them in sealed box.

upgraded to a 150 amp esc with proper connections, checked it today should reach, with out binding, thanks for the info. now to finish and paint .
