Help! L/F instructions for Hughey Prop Pitch Gauge

Help, does anybody have an instruction sheet for the Hughey prop pitch gauge. I bought one and did not get the instruction sheet with it. If anybody can scan it and put it here as an attachment, I would appreciate it much!
