Is it a bottom bracket for the wing stays on a boat ?.I cant tell it wont let me zoom in on it .

For the life of me I can’t remember but some guys in St. Louis was making some and I think the graff family is making some.

I see no reason why it would not work out of a sufficiently strong material with extra thickness where needed.

Here’s what I came up with. Took 7 demos to get it right. 1” x 2”. 1/8” thick. Will use 4-40 screws n nuts.

What is your layer heights and speed ?

Layer height is .2 and speed is initial layer speed is 20 and the print speed is 50

I print my drivers and dashboards with a layer heights of 0.12 and a 50 speed ....... getting a real good surface .

I did not print them myself, I had them printed. Let me know if you would like to purchase any.

Been looking for a seat. May I ask where you found the file? I look on cg but no luck, I printed the driver it came out awesome.
