Has anyone built a twin Alpha 27 powered rigger, or would it be just to heavy (Alpha's seem to be around 2KG for engine only) , compared to a twin Zenoah type, ( A 300PUM seems to be around 1.6kg per engine)

thanks

Shane

Carl Graff has a pair of unbuilt Eagle SGX twins and Cmb motors for them....

Found the build thread on Jim's. Alpha Twin

I am pretty sure Allen Terry was building a CMB powered twin, don’t know what size motors!

The Braghieri Family loves y’all! 🙏🏼
guess they love me as well, I own two CMB 27 Alpha EVO engines :>)

Seems natural (to me) that these CMB 27cc Alpha EVO GASSER engines are very attractive due to their inherent "conventional" configuration- ie. rear-mounted intake, w/front exhaust (some refer to as "rear exhaust"), very clean design, and beautifully manufactured. As opposed to most other brand GASSER engine products, exhibiting awkward looking side-intake, w/front or rear exhaust design configurations, requiring unusual staggered mounting on twins, and goofy asymmetrical cowl's
