Hi Guys

Just some further info for your education - the term Waltzing Matilda means rustling a sheep to eat. A swag is another name for a bed roll (sleeping bag). Jumbuck is another name for a sheep. Troopers in the song refer to mounted police. Billabong is a natural pond.

The discussion on sheep (without wanting to offend our Kiwi friends) is related to their supposed attraction to them. You know things like the problem with playing cricket against the kiwis is their wives keep jumping the fence and eating the grass.

Of course there is always the famous three most common quotes in NZ

1. My mother was a maori princess (native NZ princess)

2. I played for the All Blacks when younger; and

3. Honest magistrate - I was just helping that sheep through the fence (use your imagination)

Naturally none of this is true and we are good friends with the NZ people but there is a bit of rivalry being so close together. Unfortunately they even beat us at sport occaissionally.

Yes, for sure we are all coming to the pool party, would not miss it. My wife has asked that you make sure you, or someone else, has to pull me out of the pool when I fall in. I can't swim when I am unconsious from too much beer.

The beer is Budweiser and New Castle. Although I used to drink a considerable amount MGD in college, ive strayed away from since then.

No problem with pulling you out of the pool, but do you mind if we use you as a bouy for a little while before we do? I can see a few little .12 monos buzzing around in it right now..... just messin with ya.
