got a summons for jury duty

when did the government change this. selecting people who are not registered to vote.i dont vote for this reason and now i got a summons to go.this is crap.then they only wanna pay me 15 dollars a day and 22 cents a mile i have to travel 90 miles to be at the court house it will cost me $60.00 a day to go and what the court pays wont cover it. to top it off they pay at end of my month long duty.from nov.7 till dec.7 during winter.i have to many choice words i cant say on here about this.

i told them i dont live in that county anymore and they dont go by any of that anymore.i told the clerk my vote was guilty he said it dont matter what i say now
