i thought about boxing it in and using the hooks and rubber bands,,,, could be the route to go...

the goop i have to say did work good,,, its in a v-hull so only each side of the tank touches the hull... i scratched both surfaces,, and cleaned both with a wax and grease remover for autobody,,, stuck awsome to the glass,,, tank stayed for a while but it just wont grab the tank....

anyone ever try rtv / gasket maker???? seems like it would also soak up some vibration...
Try PC-7 to grab onto a plastic tank, available in most hardware stores.
My guess if you having so much problems your using a flex tank <kinda clear. I like shoo goo but nothing will hold unless you use a hard tank.

Yup, Mike's correct, has to be a hard plastic tank to hold any kind of adhesive.
