Gas tuned pipe

Hello guys...
So I was at a race two weeks ago and I have a Vision Pipe that started to have a rattle...the noise seemed louder than usual so I removed the pipe and the inner pipe came out....is this a repairable thing or just toss it and get a new pipe...
I did remove the outer pipe at the weld to see what all is going on....

I did...but its the first time I never got a reply...usually there real fast on any question or issue I may have...i may give Tim a call

I called Gizmo and chatted with Phyllis for a bit...and let me tell you...GIZMO is AWESOME...and yes we got the Vision pipe issue worked out...thanks for the push Steve..
