I will not know how much shipping is until I get a ride to the post office.
The reason I am selling is macular degeneration. Right now I can see only about 20% of normal and still declining. the nicad took a charge and everything lights up

I agreed with the seller to provide payment FF. I initiated the payment with a $2.22 "test amount" as I always do some small amount with new folks I'm doing business with. I do this as a means to verify I've got the right person in the transaction. After I sent the initial (test amount) PayPal then sent me a code (text) to my phone to verify who I was. I thought this was odd. I completed the verification then tried to follow-up with the remaining $248.88 as we agreed for the total price, including shipping. Much to my surprise, PayPal blocked the payment. PayPal will not let me complete the payment as it senses a scam, that was the message PayPal provided me. I'm not saying it's a scam. I'm saying I don't know what to do. PayPal will not let me complete the payment even after I sent the code. This is strange to me but regardless, I'm out.

Glenn, since Tom has backed out I will take it at asking price based on verifying pic showing there are 3 receivers visible included and they are 603FS and/or 604FS. Buying this for friend not on I/W who runs 603FS RXs. Thanks.

Don, Post #4 states "ONE 604 receiver3". Not sure what that means. But there are definitely 3 receivers in photo.

Can someone tell me why PayPal would flag the transaction as a scam? I wanted / needed the radio. If you guys new Glenn as a reputable seller then I would've appreciated some feedback on the situation heck guys I would've sent the man the funds one way or the other.

let me try and get the guy paid now, working with the seller on a different PayPal address, was talking with Ronnie King on similar unrelated PayPal glitches, strange stuff

Thanks for catching that Mark I am legally blind and my sister took the picture before I checked the contents. I then edited the post listing all the pieces included. Still not good enough for you.
